Hey! My name is Meagan Adams. I’m born, raised and have lived in Mississippi until moving to Dallas, Texas in 2020. I’ve been married for 9 years and have a 7 year old daughter, Vivienne. Before becoming an aesthetician, I had a career in marketing and social media. I was a stay-at-home mom for a few years and when Vivienne started kindergarten, I went back to aesthetics school.
Somewhere around the time we moved to Texas, my fertility journey took me on a deeper dive into a more holistic lifestyle. After a miscarriage, IVF and multiple failed transfers, I began seeking a more functional approach to my infertility. This has led to an overall health journey of researching products and ingredients, tossing toxins, eating organic and everything in-between.
I’m so thankful for a career that allows me to pour into others from a holistic skin perspective and healing journey. So much magic can come from intentional hands and movement. Whether you’re looking for a skincare regimen, a treatment, or a relaxing experience, I’d love to be a part of your journey. Can’t wait to meet you!

Hello, my name is Kristina King Carroll. I was born and raised in Orange County, CA and moved to Dallas, Texas in 2017. My passion is skincare and I have been an esthetician since 2007. I have several years of experience in the beauty industry. My motto is, “what you put on our skin is just as important as what you put in your body.” However, I didn’t always know or feel that way. In 2014, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and various autoimmune conditions after a year of being very ill. It was not until meeting my first integrative/holistic practitioner (my angel!) that my eyes were opened. I was currently Director of Marketing/PR at Urban Decay Cosmetics/L’Oreal. I LOVED my job and my life, but didn’t realize the constant late nights, fashion weeks, weekly travels and way of life were taking a toll on my health. I decided to take a year off and fully heal. The things I learned in that year of healing are things I will take with me for life. I changed so many things – my diet, my household cleaning products, skincare – almost everything! I met so many wonderful people and doctors and truly feel it was the plan for my life to go through the trials so I could get to where I am today. It also brought me to TX!
My goal is to help people. Not only with their skin but in their life. Help them to be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves and of course, a little relaxation and pampering along the way!
Life today is everything organic (and learning the all things holistic lifestyle) and taking care of my 2-year-old wild, loving, little baby boy, Jay. Being a mama is the hardest job thus far but I cherish every second and feel very grateful that I was chosen to be his mom.

I started my journey as an esthetician when I was 20. I moved to California from a small West Texas town. Looking back I now understand my love for skincare and beauty started as a child. Growing up I took an early interest in daily skincare, loved making my own masks and having a multi step skincare routine. I was the kid at the pool reapplying my SPF so I wouldn’t sunburn.
After finishing beauty school and starting my esthetician career, I always felt like I had a great skin care regimen. About 7 years ago I started having several health problems. Diagnosed with Epstein bar, Fibromyalgia and Hypothyroidism, I started seeing the effects on my skin with rosacea and breakouts. This led me to look into how certain foods and vitamins would affect my health and skin. That journey snowballed into finding the cleanest products available for my face and body. Which then lead me to looking into my toxic load at home.
I now have an 8 month old daughter with my husband Matt. Having her makes me even more passionate about creating a non-toxic environment for her and my family. Feeding her organic, clean and healthy foods that serve her in the hopes she can avoid similar health problems as she grows.
I love to share my passion with like minded people that help me continue to grow and learn. As an esthetician my favorite thing is making clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin. I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story and cannot wait to begin your skincare journey with you!

Dr. Nicole Jackson was born and raised in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She graduated college from Oklahoma
State University with a B.S. in Biological Science and minor in Microbiology. In 2015, she received her
Doctorate of Chiropractic degree with an additional B.S. in Health and Wellness from Parker University
in Dallas, TX. She is a member of the American Pregnancy Association, International Chiropractic
Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is Webster Certified through the ICPA.
‘I didn’t grow up seeing a chiropractor, and honestly, I was a former skeptic. I suffered from migraine
headaches for years and years and tried many different things to get rid of them without any real
success. When my husband and I starting dating, he suggested I go see his chiropractor. I was very
apprehensive and wasn’t sure or educated on what a chiropractor could do to help me.
To make a long story short, I decided to go. After just two adjustments, I was relieved of migraines and it
completely changed my life! After learning more about why I was experiencing migraines and that the
top vertebrae in my neck being misaligned was the culprit, I was left inspired, intrigued and wanting to
know more.
My chiropractor taught me a few fundamental premises about chiropractic. The one that hit home and made me realize I found my calling was that the body is meant to heal itself. It’s as simple as that. If
interference within the nervous system is removed by getting adjusted, the body will HEAL itself. I loved
that chiropractic facilitated God’s innately given healing capacity that allows the body to function more efficiently in a natural way.
I got a job as a chiropractic assistant and worked there for almost 3 years through the remainder of
college. During that time, all that I had experienced and the lives I saw changed, including my own,
made me rethink what I wanted to do as a career so I followed my heart and attended chiropractic
school.
Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to help people. As a chiropractor, I feel incredibly blessed
everyday to be able to help others function better and increase their wellness. I am passionate about
serving pregnant women and children but thoroughly enjoy caring for the whole family.
My main goal is to ensure my patients feel comfortable, heard and enjoy their experience along with educating them on chiropractic, living a healthy lifestyle and how regular self-care enhances overall wellness and quality of life. I use a variety of techniques to best suit each patient’s needs.
Personally, my husband Peter and I have lived in Frisco since 2012. Peter is a co-owner in charge of
Design + Construction at Pure Design, a company focusing on swimming pools, spas and outdoor living
environments.
We have a 13 month old son, named Otto. He is the sweetest, most fun little guy and we are so blessed! We have a 12 year old Siberian husky named Poc and an orange tabby cat named Guillermo,
who make an adorable dog-cat best friend duo.
We strive to live a healthy lifestyle including regular
adjustments, a balanced diet, exercise and enjoying life to the fullest! We love spending time with our
family and friends, traveling as much as we can, reading, skiing, and anything outdoors or spontaneous.
I am happy and honored to be serving Frisco and the surrounding communities.’

Hi, my name is Hannah and I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). My passion for holistic health has grown out of my own personal health struggles and successes. In college I developed skin issues, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances. Still struggling after college was over, I decided it was time to figure out the “why” behind my frustrating symptoms. As I dove into researching the “why”, my health began to improve as I learned all about proper digestion, how stress impacts the body, and how small dietary changes can have a big impact on overall health. I went back to school and became a certified NTP to work with others to achieve their own personal health goals.
Nutritional Therapy is a science based holistic approach to nutrition and health. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I work 1:1 with clients by focusing on simple lifestyle changes and the nutritional foundations (eating a nutrient dense diet, proper digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid balance, mineral balance, and proper hydration). I take a personalized, bio-individual approach with each client, as each person has their own unique nutritional needs. My goal is to support people in achieving their own goals by focusing on a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach to health!
